SHIPPING POLICY

At AMC Gear, we offer fast and reliable shipping options to ensure that your items arrive on time and in great condition. Our shipping rates are competitive and affordable, and we package your items with care to prevent any damage during transit.

 

We work with suppliers around the world to source high quality products. We typically ship items within one to five days of receiving an order.  From that point, it takes 10 to 15 days for items to arrive. As soon as your product ships, you'll receive a notification hat will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thanks for purchasing our products at AMC Gear.

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from AMC Gear. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.  Return postage is at your own expense.

After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

DO YOU HAVE EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTIONS?

Need a package shipped faster? No problem! Please contact us and we will work with you to determine the best and most cost effective shipping method to get your items to you.  Additional shipping charges will apply.  

HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

We will send tracking information to you once your order has shipped.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU SHIP?

We ship every weekday, Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays.  If you ever need to expedite an order, just contact and we'll do our best.  We will send tracking information to you once your order has shipped.

IF I NEED TO EXPEDITE MY ORDER WILL I STILL RECIEVE STANDARD SHIPPING FEES?

Standard shipping fee only apply to non-expedited orders.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

If you need to send something Internationally please contact us.  We are set up based on shipping within the USA.
